These terms govern use of Terma by schools, staff, parents, students and drivers. By using Terma you agree to them.

1. The service
Terma Technologies Limited provides a multi-tenant school-management platform. Schools are the account holders; parents, students, staff and drivers access Terma through their school.
2. Accounts & access
Access is school-issued — there is no public self-signup. Each user is responsible for keeping their PIN or password confidential. The school controls who is provisioned.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data outside your school, or interfere with platform security. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced; circumvention is prohibited.
4. Fees & billing
Schools are billed per-student annually. Parent fee payments to schools are processed via Paystack and are separate from Terma subscription billing.
5. Pickup & safety
The pickup-confirmation feature is a convenience tool. Schools remain responsible for child safety and supervision; a liability clause forms part of the school agreement.
6. Liability
Terma is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Terma’s liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
